Event: Building Hope (Feb 9)
Time: 9am-4pm
Many community organizations are difficult places for employees to sustain hope - partially because there is very little focus on activities which maintain the health of the team and most time is spent serving the people coming through the doors. This training applies recent research showing that a focus in four key areas is necessary to build and maintain a healthy, hopeful group.
